JCA Free EPA Model Support
In addition to training, JCA provides support for the free EPA version of ISC, AERMOD and CALPUFF.
Our support is unique. Proprietary software developers only provide support for their expensive proprietary models. This leaves EPA free model users with no (or very limited) dependable support options. One unreliable support option is to post questions on confusing message boards. A sometimes effective but inconvenient option is to attend technical conferences. Another inconsistent option is to contact companies who developed the software for EPA but do not provide an easy channel for support.
With our support, modelers using the free EPA models have a simple, reliable, and convenient support option. Our support staff is expert modelers with extensive experience using the free EPA models. JCA answers a range of modeling questions from how to operate the model to specific modeling questions relating to a project. Our expert support staff can even evaluate your project data and parameters to help you complete your modeling study.

The 1st half hour is $125. After the 1st ½ hour the rate is $150/hr. billed in 10 minute increments. Volume discounts are available.
