Our Mission
To provide the highest quality of customer service and to make each client feel like our most important client.
Customer Service
We take customer service very seriously. Our consultants always respond to client requests promptly and are always available for client questions. Our President is easily accessible and makes customer service his highest priority. JCA also does not “bait & switch” where key project team members change after a sale.
JCA’s dedication to customer service is evident in the strategic partnership we have formed with Hawaiian Electric Company, Inc. (HECO). HECO has been a JCA client for over 15 years and HECO has retained our services largely due to our commitment to customer service.

Problem Solving
In this business, consulting firms often encounter situations where studies show ”less than desirable” results, or clients need a project completed but they cannot provide all the information normally needed. JCA views these situations as an opportunity to utilize our problem solving skills to properly serve our clients. JCA provides the highest quality of customer service by doing everything in our power to develop innovative solutions to our clients' problems.
Our long-term clients are accustomed to JCA providing solutions to difficult problems. One client presented us with a difficult project and stated that they were “sure JCA would find a way to make it work”. This quote is indicative of our clients’ faith in our problem solving ability.
JCA is able to solve problems for our customers because we do not simply follow guidelines. We think beyond traditional frameworks and develop innovative solutions to client problems. JCA is able to operate in this manner because we are a small and agile firm. We have the ability to think creatively because we have professional freedom. We do not have to deal with the bureaucracy and “red tape” often associated with larger organizations. However, we are not too small where we do not have the manpower or the experience to innovatively solve problems.
